Payments:
Payments must be made to BOSS in full for all goods upon order.
Please Note: All goods remain the property of BOSS until full payment is
received.
Product Specifications:
BOSS is committed to ensuring that all products are of the highest standard
for our customers and in conjunction with the manufacturers, we have
a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend
the specifications of the product(s).
Prices:
All prices shown are fully inclusive with FREE delivery to the UK.
Extra delivery costs may be added relative to specific geographical areas
for sales to Europe and / or Non E.U. Countries when purchasing.
Prices to Countries outside the stated areas will attract extra postage/carriage
charges and we would request customers to contact us for specific quotes
for these areas.
Delivery:
Delivery dates of products direct from the manufacturers are estimates only
and
will be confirmed when despatch dates are given and tracking numbers provided.
Products held in stock by BOSS will be sent by Royal Mail immediately upon
order.
Guarantees:
In addition to your statutory rights, we ensure that manufacturers of all
products supplied by BOSS are guaranteed by the manufacturers against
faulty workmanship and materials for a minimum period of 12 months from
the date of purchase.
Guarantees do not cover fair wear & tear, neglect, abuse or misuse
of your goods, loss or damage due to fire, smoke, water, lightning, sunlight,
weather, rusting, corrosion, theft or explosion, accidental damage or consequential
loss. The guarantee will be invalidated if the product is tampered with,
other than by an authorised / approved service facility. Note: These items
should be covered within your own personal household insurance.
Applicable Law:
These terms and conditions of sale and the supply of goods by BOSS will
be subject to English Law. These laws shall apply to any dispute and
will govern sales made via direct cash/cheque/card payments, postal & internet
sales and all transactions made by any other medium.
